  • 60+ min Tour of the facility including a bit of history of the property.
  • Tour of the distillery building: see the grains, our stills, talk about the process to make all Spirits and a quick dive into the rules of our National Spirit — Bourbon!
  • Tour concludes when your Spirit guide will setup a private tasting sample of our Bourbons and a preview of one of our latest creations that is not yet available for purchase.
  • Cocktail service available after the tour. 

Private Mixology 101 Session (max 30 people)

  • Holy Ghost Distillery’s Chief Mixologist will take your group to our secret speakeasy for a private mixology demonstration while you sip on delicious cocktails and learn hand-crafted cocktail techniques.

  • Holy Ghost Distillery’s Chief Mixologist will take your group to our secret speakeasy for a private mixology class. We will show you step by step how to make each cocktail. You do what we do and make your own cocktails. Then sip on delicious cocktails you just made. We do all the cleanup; you just get to enjoy.

A Private Great Gatsby Party

  • Celebrate your bachelorette, bachelor, birthday, anniversary, and corporate celebrations, or just because you want to party in roaring 1920s style! The 1920s scene was the epitome of extravagance and opulence. The dresses were risqué and the parties were wild.
  • Our Speakeasy room will be transformed into your private and elegant dinner setting.
  • Choice of protein, salad, vegetable and dessert, coffee and tea with 3 hand crafted cocktails per person. Your night is as wild as you make it!

A Private Customized Whiskey Blending Lab

  • Nerd out with our distillers and become a master blender for a few magical hours. Guests will be taught to break down aggregate flavors while building a whiskey blend complete with mouth feel and finish. You will hand bottle your creation and complete the experience with a customized label. 30 minute introduction to the distillery and the blending process. An hour to taste through different mash bills and customize a personal Bourbon Blend. At the culmination of the experience your Blending Expert will help you to create a 750mL bottle of your personal blend.
  • Opportunity to upgrade your experience with a charcuterie or small bites from our kitchen for ($)

  • Explore and expand your taste for bourbon and chocolate in a 60 to 75 minute class offered by Janice McNamee Sepcoski. Pair our “McNamee’s Black Irish” bourbons with a variety of chocolates having different cacao content.
  • Includes tastings of all our McNamee’s Black Irish bourbons, our Barley Whiskey and a variety of chocolates.

Smoked Cheeses, Decadent Cheeses with Spirits Pairings (max 14 people)

  • The class includes tastings of all our McNamee’s Black Irish bourbons, our Barley Whiskey as well as our brandy.
